- 1 chocolate muffin or 1 slice chocolate cake
- 110g / 4oz brown sugar
- 25g / 1oz butter
- ½ (100ml) bottle Caramel or Chocolate Fortisip
- Place Fortisip, butter and sugar into a saucepan. Warm over a gentle heat until sugar has dissolved - do not boil.
- Allow sauce to cool for about 10 minutes.
- Warm muffin / cake in the microwave. Microwave for a few seconds.
- Pour sauce over and serve.
Serves 1.
- 150ml / 5fl oz chilled pineapple juice
- 4 tbsp coconut cream
- 2 tbsp white rum
- 1 (200ml) bottle Tropical Fortisip - chilled
- 1-2 slices fresh pineapple - to serve
- Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and decorate with sliced pineapple. Add a straw and serve.

- 1 packet Strawberry Angel Delight powder
- 50ml whole milk
- 1 (200ml) bottle Strawberry Fortisip / Fortisip Multi Fibre or Raspberry Fortisip Yoghurt Style
- Pour Fortisip and milk into a bowl. Add the packet of Angel Delight powder and mix well with a whisk or fork.
- Place mixture into the fridge to set for 10 minutes.
- To serve, top with whipped cream (optional).

- Bring milk, oats and cinnamon to a gentle simmer. Cook, stirring often for 5 minutes or until milk is mostly absorbed and oats have softened.
- Add Fortisip (Vanilla) and gently cook over low heat until liquid has reduced and oats are tender.
- Serve warm topped with blueberries, almonds and honey.

- 1 egg
- 1 x 200ml Fortisip (Chocolate)*
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 1 tablespoon plain flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 50g fresh raspberries
- Pinch cinnamon
- In a small mixing bowl whisk egg with Fortisip (Chocolate) and maple syrup.
- Add cocoa powder, almond meal, flour and baking powder. Mix well.
- Spoon batter into two greased microwave safe mugs.
- Microwave for 90-120 seconds or until cake has risen and cooked through. Cake will be moist.
- Allow to slightly cool and top with fresh raspberries and sprinkle with cinnamon to serve.

- In a blender combine all ingredients until smooth.

- 2 eggs

- In a blender combine all pancake ingredients until smooth. Don't over blend; enough to combine well.

- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons Greek style yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Pinch cinnamon

- Into a serving glass, add Fortisip (Vanilla), banana (mashed), chia seeds, yoghurt, maple syrup and cinnamon. Mix to combine. Allow to sit for 10 minutes and stir again.

- 2 eggs

- 1/2 cup Greek style yoghurt
- 1 x 200ml Fortisip Multifibre (Strawberry)*
- 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- In a small mixing bowl combine yoghurt with 50ml Fortisip Multifibre (Strawberry). Set aside.
- In a blender combine half of the remaining (75ml) Fortisip Multifibre (Strawberry) with raspberries leaving some texture. Set aside.
- Blend to combine remaining (75ml) Fortisip Multifibre (Strawberry) with blueberries leaving some texture. Set aside.
- Spoon half of the yoghurt mixture across 4 popsicle moulds.
- Top with raspberry mixture.
- Top with remaining yoghurt mixture.
- Fill to top with blueberry mixture.
- Press in popsicle sticks.
- Freeze for 4-6 hours or until set.

- 2 cups oats
- 1 x 200ml Fortisip MultiFibre (Vanilla)*
- 1 cup dry roasted almonds, chopped
- 1/3 cup dried blueberries
- 1/4 cup pepitas
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- Pre-heat oven to 180°C.
- In a mixing bowl combine oats with Fortisip MultiFibre (Vanilla). Allow to soak for 30 minutes, up to 2 hours (or until the liquid has been absorbed by the oats).
- Add almonds, blueberries and pepitas. Mix to combine.
- In a sauce pan heat honey with peanut butter until melted and combined.
- Pour honey mixture over oat mixture and mix to combine.
- Transfer to a lined shallow slice tin. Press mixture firmly down to flatten.
- Bake in oven for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden on top.
- Allow to cool and cut into bars.

- 1 x 125g Forticreme Complete (Forest Fruit)*
- 1/3 cup Greek style yoghurt
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- In a blender combine Forticreme Complete (Forest Fruit) with yoghurt and blueberries until combined and texture to liking (leave some texture from berries or blend until smooth).
- Spoon into a freezer safe container and freeze for 2 hours to firm. (If freezing overnight, allow to soften for 10 minutes to scoop).
- Serve chilled.
